General Sponsorship Opportunities*

Website link - $50
A hyperlink will be added to your company’s online exhibitor listing. Exhibitors purchasing a link will be added to the web-site when payment for the link is received. All other exhibitors will be added to the online exhibitor list 3 weeks prior to the event.

Web-site link with logo - $100
In addition to the hyperlink above; your company’s logo (also linked to your site) will be included on the “Featured Exhibitors Page” of the web-site. Posted when your logo is received.

Web-site link with logo and description - $150
In addition to the hyperlink above; your company’s logo (also linked to your site) will be included on the “Featured Exhibitors Page” of the web-site along with a blurb about your company and contact information. Posting will occur upon receipt of your information.

Banner placement - $250 each
Banner provided by company 2 weeks prior to the show – hung at RJC’s discretion in high traffic area Deadline: 3 weeks prior to event. Limit 10 companies.

Insert for Shopping Bag - $250
5,000 samples, flyers and/or coupons provided by company – RJC will insert into bag – Deadline: 4 weeks prior to event. Limit 10 companies.

Floor decals (stickers) - $300 each
Minimum 5 per company – limit 4 companies – RJC will create

Logo on front of entrance tickets - $500
High Res logo provided 60 days prior to show – limit 4 companies

Logo on staff T-shirts - $500
High Res logo provided 60 days prior to show – limit 2 companies

Ad on back of coupons or back of admission tickets - $1,000
Camera ready ad provided 6 weeks prior to show – limit one company on each

Logo (in black) on Shopping Bag - $1,000
Deadline: 60 days prior to show – limit 4 companies

Logo on all paid media - $2,500 -
EPS logo provided 60 days prior to show – limit 4 companies

Stage Sponsor - $4,500
Includes logo on all paid media – limit one company per stage

Celebrity Sponsor - $5,000-$10,000
Includes logo on all paid media – limit one company per celebrity (investment is determined based on the celebrity’s fee)
