Contest Rules

THE PRIZE
$1,000 Show Shopping Spree. Four to be awarded. 2 on Saturday, January 30 and 2 on Sunday, January 31, 2010.

The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prize must be spent at the show with the Katy Home & Garden Show vendors during show hours Jan 30-31, 2010.

HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is required. To enter, completely fill a contest entry form available online and at Contest Entry location (Robinson Pavilion) at the Katy Home & Garden Show Jan 30-31, 2010. Maximum one entry per person - if it is discovered in the ordinary course of the contest that you entered more than once, you will be disqualified. All entry forms become the property of RJC Productions, LLC and will not be returned.

Must be present at the time of the drawing to qualify as a winner. Drawing times 4pm on Saturday, January 30, 2010 and at 3pm on Sunday, January 31, 2010.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of age or older to win the $1,000 prize. Winner must be present at the time of the drawing to accept the $1,000 Show Shopping Spree. RJC Productions employees, contractors, family members, exhibitors and their respective staff and families and employees of the Merrell Center are not eligible to enter or win.

THE DRAW
Two winners, chosen at random, will be drawn at 4pm on Saturday January 30, 2010 and at 3pm on Sunday January 31, 2010. Each selected entrant must be present and sign a declaration and release. If a selected entrant does not comply with the Contest Rules, that entry will be declared void and a further entry will be drawn. If a selected entrant cannot use or chooses not to use any portion of the prize, that portion of the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded. If for any reason the event is cancelled or postponed, your entry will be held for a future drawing until the event can be rescheduled.

OTHER RULES
The decisions of RJC Productions, LLC (sponsors) will be final and binding on all entrants. The Sponsors shall not bear any liability for (a) contest entries which are lost, stolen, delayed, destroyed, or illegible, incomplete or otherwise improperly completed, (b) the loss, theft or misuse of the prize, or (c) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize. By entering, each winner grants each Sponsor the right to use the winner's name and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity. RJC Productions, LLC reserves the right to add or delete participating outlet locations at its discretion, and to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value, without notice.

Go to the Box Office at the Robinson Pavilion for free admission to the drawings starting at 3:30pm on Saturday, January 30 and 2:30pm on Sunday, January 31.
